Fabrication

The Fabrication of Pressure Vessels are in accordance to ASME Section VIII Div 1 and are stamped U-1. When presence of H2S is determined in the chromatography of the fluid, additional testing according to NACE is performed on all wet materials.
The NDE or nondestructive evaluation of critical components is performed with specialized sub-contractors which provide procedures based on ASME standards. The technicians hold levels I II and III and are certified in radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particles and liquid penetrants testing.
Other nondestructive testing such as Post Weld Heat Treatment PWHT is provided as per ASME standards when required.
Hydrostatic testing is performed based on ASME Section VIII Div. 1 standards, at the end of testing, a chart with the pressure and temperature behavior is provided to complement the final Data Book.
Engineering
As part of the services, we provide complete sets of information for engineering,such as mechanical, structural, process and electrical. Also, drawings, calculations data sheets and general details of the arrangements.
The Oil & Gas Process data is proof designed using the HYSIS dynamic process simulation model to study the project processes when required. The structural with Staad Pro and mechanical with Compress.
The instrumentation, valves and other elements associated to the systems are identified and specified in accordance to the requirements of the project.
The different types of valves and instruments are identified in accordance to pipe specifications and to operating and designing conditions, all in accordance to the requirements of the project specifications.
